Asnef has specified that the data provided place Andalusia as the second autonomous community in new investment in financing and represent a percentage of 15.25 percent of total consumer loan in Spain.

Likewise, of the 1,075,825 contracts made in Andalusia in 2014, 87,142 were car financing operations, with an average amount of 11,400 euros, and 988,683 of consumer transactions, with an average amount of around 2,350 euros.

 

Data by provinces

Cádiz with 503.9 million euros (+0.5 percent) ranks third in investment after Seville and Malaga, and represents 15.22 percent of the Andalusian consumer loan. The province of Seville registered 1,002.4 million euros, 30.27 percent of the total, while the province of Malaga registered 708.7 million euros of investment in 2014, 21.4 percent of the Andalusian total.

They are followed by Granada, with an investment of 365.2 million euros, 11.03 percent of the total; Córdoba, with 263.4 million euros, 7.95 percent of the Andalusian total; Huelva, with 177.2 million euros and 5.35 percent; Almería, with 159.1 million euros, 4.81 percent of the total; and Jaén, with 131.3 million euros and 3.97 percent of the total.

 

Live investment

Asnef has pointed out that delinquencies fell around three points at the end of the year, falling to levels of 7.77 percent in the automotive industry and 8.52 percent in consumption.
